– Certified Assisted Living Residence (Provider)

– Senior Housing that is not Certified (Housing with Services)

Members have access to all Mass-ALA events at a discounted price. An assisted living community holds the Mass-ALA membership and all employees of the company receive member benefits

ADVOCACY

Mass-ALA represents the industry on advisory boards and public policy work groups at a local, state, and federal level. All members are welcome to serve on the Board of Directors and Mass-ALA committees

QUALIFIED ADVICE

Mass-ALA HelpLine provides an opportunity for collaboration on resident care issues that uses MA Executive Office of Elder Affairs Regulations (651 CMR) and established standards of practice as the basis for quality practice. The service will help you increase regulatory compliance and improve quality of resident care. The Mass-ALA HelpLine is a peer to peer consultation performed by volunteers

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We offer a wide range of skill-building, training, and educational programs for members to maintain licensure, as well as, acquire new skills in an ever-changing environment.
